Vellner Leisure Products has immeasurable customer service! We arrived in Rimbey Lions campground on a Sunday and had trouble with the gearbox for our 5th wheel landing gear. Once we determined what part was causing the problem, we started calling RV places in Red Deer. Everyone either didn’t have the part, couldn’t get the part or the parts department wasn’t open on Sunday. Not only was Vellner parts department open, Stacey knew exactly what part we were needing and knew to ask the length of the leg we have. And then, when we mentioned we were at a campground in Rimbey but wouldn’t be able to come for the part until tomorrow since we had remained connected and would need to get a ride, he delivered the part to the door on his way home from work!
